KDE:Release:XX is being build on top of KDE:Qt, it pulls into the Qt4 packages automatically from KDE:Qt and this is what caused the unresolvables. The qtwebkit package is being rebuild at the moment and that should retrigger the build of the indicated repo's which would resolve the unresolvables.
So the average user doesn't do anything at the moment and just waits till the next update. The "average user" has waited, qtwebkit has failed to build because of a disk full on the obs instance building it, the whole K:R:46 has been rebuilt against some incompatible qtwebkit from the base OSS repo, and kde fails to start because kded segfaults during login.
