osc -vv -A https://obs.uib.local wipebinaries -r openSUSE_Leap_42.3 home:uibmz:opsi:opsi40-experimental python-distribute
result is ok but the binary still exists. Where does it exist? http://obs.uib.local:82/home:/uibmz:/opsi:/opsi40-experimental/openSUSE_Leap...
