You saw the "Change E-Mail Address" link on the top? Afterward you need to verify your email address. Next time you authenticate with OBS, your email address is updated.

I did change the address (in german it's "Kontozugang schützen" which means "Secure your account" and might be confusing) quite some time ago, but the change never arrived within OBS: I can confirm that the password reset mail is sent to the new address, but OBS still shows and uses to old one. I just tried to edit my OBS profile again in case that this would trigger an update, but no luck so far. Best regards Jan-Luca
