I noticed that the base EPEL 9 repo now exists: https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/9/
Can we get this added to the Fedora:EPEL:9 project? Also, we're missing the "next" repo on "Fedora:EPEL:8".
The "stream" configuration should have CentOS Stream + EPEL + EPEL Next ("next" is an overlay on "standard").
