Can we get this added to the Fedora:EPEL:9 project? Also, we're missing the "next" repo on "Fedora:EPEL:8".

The "stream" configuration should have CentOS Stream + EPEL + EPEL Next ("next" is an overlay on "standard").

In case I was confusing folks about what I was asking for, I've attached updated meta definitions for both to apply.
