http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=901861 Bug ID: 901861 Summary: bind-utils: libbind9-90 does not obsolete bind-libs Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 13.1 Version: Final Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 13.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: cygnix@openmailbox.org QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Installing bind-utils from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network/openSUSE_13.1 does not automatically pull libbind9-90. Unless bind-libs is manually removed, the remainder of dependencies needed will not be installed even if libbind9-90 is installed, and results in error. This can be testing using 'dig' command which will give 'dig: symbol lookup error: dig: undefined symbol: isc__socket_sendtov2'. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
