Installing bind-utils from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network/openSUSE_13.1 does not automatically pull libbind9-90. Unless bind-libs is manually removed, the remainder of dependencies needed will not be installed even if libbind9-90 is installed, and results in error. This can be testing using 'dig' command which will give 'dig: symbol lookup error: dig: undefined symbol: isc__socket_sendtov2'.
