Changing options via resolver()->set* is a temporary change. Disabling vendor check in Yast, you not necessarily want it do be disabled everywhere. You also may want to have (attended) cleanup in YaST, but no unattended cleanups performed by e.g. uppdaters. This is IMO something the application should remember. Ping for the yast2-qt-pkg maintainer. This remains not implemented in latest factory builds too for the yast-qt interface. Please look into this. You are right, this feature isn't available in the latest version. And I won't be able to implement this enhancement. Feel free to submit a patch.
