After installation I've got a program only with English user interface. Changing language interface using Preferences->Language does no effect. The problem is in missing files *.mo in binary rpm. The *.mo files are present in src file but absent in binary rpm. After manual copying ru.mo in /usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES interface became speak Russian as I wish.
