Please try the latest kernel in OBS Kernel:openSUSE-42.3 repo: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/openSUSE-42.3/standard/ The fix is already included in the currently processed update, but not published yet, too. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1071902 http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1071902#c2 --- Comment #2 from Max Pixel <opensuse@m-pixel.com> --- (In reply to Takashi Iwai from comment #1) Thank you, Takashi. Sound works perfectly after executing the following commands: sudo zypper addrepo --priority 97 http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/openSUSE-42.3/standard/ Kernel sudo zypper dist-upgrade --repo Kernel Then I needed to reboot, and disable secure boot in my BIOS.
From my perspective, you may close this issue now, although I would be happy to report any further information that might be useful.
