This looks like the known Kabylake issue.

Please try the latest kernel in OBS Kernel:openSUSE-42.3 repo:
  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/openSUSE-42.3/standard/

The fix is already included in the currently processed update, but not
published yet, too.
