https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=676972 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=676972#c0 Summary: "Yast Firewall" does not accept broadcast rule for "User-defined service" Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Final Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: aleromex@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; ru; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 SUSE/3.6.13-0.2.1 Firefox/3.6.13 Hello, When I try adding custom broadcast rule (yast firewall>Broadcast>Add) with: "Network" - 172.16.0.0/16 "Service" - User-defined service "Protocol" - UDP "Port" - 1111 so, Yast generate an error message: "Invalid network definition '172.16.0.0/16' ..." but this definition is valid. If I try adding broadcast rule with the same values, but with predefined "Service", for example: Samba, so, it creates rule without any errors. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.run Yast firewall 2.create Broadcast rule with: "Network" - 172.16.0.0/16 "Service" - User-defined service "Protocol" - UDP "Port" - 1111 3. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
