[Bug 919350] New: Stuck in initramfs
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=919350 Bug ID: 919350 Summary: Stuck in initramfs Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Factory Version: 201502* Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: arichardson.kde@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- When I boot I end up in the initramfs recovery console. The only interesting output I see in journalctl is syntax error in /usr/bin/convertrunfs: syntax error [ -eq ] It appears there is a type in that script, the line is something like if [ $WAR_RO -eq 1 ]; .... The script uses $WAS_RO before so I guess this is a typo. I think everything else stops due to the non-zero exit status of that script. After a LONG time of trying commands I figured out how to use systemctl switch-root to get back to my normal system. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
