So something needs to provide and obsolete kdepim4 and akonadi-runtime properly.
Yes, kdepim4 in particular. (akonadi-runtime is at least obsoleted by akonadi-server) But which package? There is no kdepim(5) package any more. Maybe libkdepim? That should be installed in any case if one installs any kdepim application. Or kdepim-runtime maybe... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

On second thought: if we delete kdepim4 in the distribution (akonadi is a sub package of it), shouldn't those two packages be uninstalled automatically when upgrading?
kdepim4 is already gone from openSUSE:Leap:42.3, but currently it's still there, as the OSS repo on download.opensuse.org is reachable from openQA. This means that the next test run after a release may behave differently... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

PS: But according to the conflict message, apparently something would need to obsolete akonadi as well. (akonadi != akonadi-runtime)
FWIW, I just saw that akonadi (and akonadi5) is actually obsoleted by akonadi-server too. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
