I asked multiple questions in comments 6 and 7 and got no response for nearly a month.

The bug still affects packages in home and devel repos.

As I pointed out, those repos have been "affected" for a decade or longer, only that it now affects a few more packages than before.

You need to fix you ruleset to have it only apply to packages in the main repo, not just post stop-gap workarounds in the wiki.

It does only affect packages that build against the Factory repo. This logic goes in-depth into the OBS, Factory and rpmlint implementation. I did not implement this logic, I just extended its use.

So no, until you fix the underlying problem, the actual problem remains.
