Since LO 6.2 no mysql driver is required any more. Therefore, possible mysql driver is to be deleted using LO Tools/Extension Manager. LO 6.2 an up uses internal driver. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

When you say 'since LO 6.2 no mysql driver is required any more', I hope you mean that this is also true with a remote mysql/mariadb configuration (i.e. via network). By the way, it seems that even with the upcoming Leap 15.1 release from OpenSuse (next week) LO 6.1 is still the baseline. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Well, if "via network" means that you have a mysql database on the remote server and want to retrieve data with LO locally, than true, no mysql driver is required. I use such a configuration in the office on a daily basis; remote server with mysql database, several local clients with LO6.2 accessing data on the server. Even from home it works fine. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
