[…] @okurz:
1. how can I transfer the acpidump out of the machine? It looks like there's a network filter so I cannot scp it out. I would need this in order to test and produce an override fix. I'd also need this to reproduce locally so that I can see if a kernel patch is warranted.
the machine is in a separated, special network accessible over a jump host. I assume you have saved the acpidump output into /tmp/acpi-tables.tar already? I have transferred this file with `ssh -J o3 root@aarch64 "cat /tmp/acpi-tables.tar" > acpi-tables.tar` and attached it to the bug. I hope this solves the request?
Unfortunately this was not a valid dump of the tables (some are truncated and missing the crucial content). I do not know how to retain the proper dump since the acpica pkg is required and this is only installed within a transactional shell snapshot, and I do not want to potentially break the production machine by installing the package and rebooting. If you could somehow install acpica, do a sudo acpidump > acpi.data and transfer/attach that acpi.data here in bz, it would be great (that's all I'd need). I assume I don't have access to the "o3" jumphost to do that myself. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
