Just in case, we (tittiatcoke and I) tested the issue with two different browsers. See SR 67922 67923 67924 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select the "Overview" page of any package on b.o.o 2. Click on the "Request Deletion" link 3. Enter a reason and submit.
