Note (maybe important) : I access the internet through a proxy (located @ 192.168.2.1:3128), which is also the samba server. There is two shares : "$print" and "production".
is it possible to try without the proxy to rule it out
Step-by-step, using Nautilus : -> Open nautilus -> Try to connect to "smb://192.168.2.1/production", user "user", no password -> Connection start, and continue indefinitely.
a couple of things you could try, a) look to see if anything is reported from journalctl b) try disabling in turn firewall and apparmor and see if any of those are affecting things c) increase the logging level (to 10) and see if any interesting is posted in /var/log/samba/log.smbd d) get a network trace when attempting to connect -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
