Discussed with xiaoguang offline. We might want some clarification what's needed here: 1. Make Leap and SLE consistent to have both Wayland and Xorg 2. Keep Leap consistent with upstream GNOME Classic, which only has Xorg enabled - SLE-15: SLE Classic on both Wayland and Xorg - Leap-15: SLE Classic on Xorg 3.
