Presumably reasons not to install an update would be in the "before" description, so a user can choose, although what I recall about an update affecting password storage was that it was revealed in the "after" details, not in the "before" set. Even without such a reason, the present labels, "View" and "Review", imply that a user will see the same thing before and after.
