In that case (although I'm not sure that's always the case but maybe that was the general intention), it needs labels to tell users the difference between the before and after descriptions. Presumably reasons not to install an update would be in the "before" description, so a user can choose, although what I recall about an update affecting password storage was that it was revealed in the "after" details, not in the "before" set. Even without such a reason, the present labels, "View" and "Review", imply that a user will see the same thing before and after. Therefore, it looks potentially contradictory, even when no contradiction may exist. Something somewhere needs clarifying.
