This behavior has been there for a long time on TW. It only happens on the internal laptop screen, also hidpi, XPS 13 9360. External 24 inch HD screens are display fine. If you need extra logs from this system I can get them for you.

But the reporter is Gerald. Maybe your case looks very similar, but how do you know the root cause is the same? I mean there has a possibility when I fix your problem, but Gerald's is still there. So I recommend you open another bug, after analyzing it, if I find it's the same, I will set it as duplicate. And please clear describe reproduce steps and expect the result.
