But the reporter is Gerald. Maybe your case looks very similar, but how do you
know the root cause is the same? I mean there has a possibility when I fix your
problem, but Gerald's is still there. 
So I recommend you open another bug, after analyzing it, if I find it's the
same, I will set it as duplicate. And please clear describe reproduce steps and
expect the result.
