As a consecuence of that, you might end up in the same error as I did: kernel-default-devel-3.1.9-1.4.1 /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.mX3kXt: line 9: rm: command not found warning: %post(kernel-default-devel-3.1.9-1.4.1.i586) scriptlet failed, exit status 127 The /bin/rm is executed in the post-install script of this package. I guess it is the same for all architectures and also version 12.2 of opensuse, but I didn'r try 12.1 yet.
