At the same location is now a backported 4.85 version based on the code available from the OBS server:mail/exim repsoitory. By intention the build time dependency to libspf2-devel is kept out as the library isn't available with openSUSE 13.1 and 13.2. We might merge the missing pieces later if there is some demand.
