Thanks a lot for testing!

At the same location is now a backported 4.85 version based on the code
available from the OBS server:mail/exim repsoitory.

By intention the build time dependency to libspf2-devel is kept out as
the library isn't available with openSUSE 13.1 and 13.2.

We might merge the missing pieces later if there is some demand.

If your time permits please test this version too.
