Steps to Reproduce: 1. turn interface wlan0 - up 2. see /var/log/messages 3. no special steps
Does it mean, that you get SW beacon interrupts and you didn't configure AP or IBSS (ad-hoc) mode? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Yes i do not edit any settings. Just UP interface. if i create ifcfg-wlan0 file with settings w\o mode-channel-ssid-etc settings , only for up (i plan to use hostapd) i see a same messages in /var/messages. But less (1-5 messages) -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

This is normal (and fixed in 2.6.32). But I wonder why you get beacon interrupts in sta mode. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

i know about 2.6.32 maybe it's not normal after if-up if-down wlan interface don't work properly in my configuration ps: moved to 2.6.32.r2 -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Could you elaborate on that? How does it behave? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
