[Bug 990382] New: systemd does not start libvirtd.service at boot
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=990382 Bug ID: 990382 Summary: systemd does not start libvirtd.service at boot Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.1 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: seife@novell.slipkontur.de QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Today I finally updated my 13.2 server to Leap 42.1 (bad idea, as this bug shows...) Now libvirtd does not start at all at boot. server:~ # systemctl status libvirtd.service libvirtd.service - Virtualization daemon Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/libvirtd.service; enabled) Active: inactive (dead) Docs: man:libvirtd(8) http://libvirt.org server:~ # That's all. "journalctl -b" does not show any sign of libvirtd at all. I tried /usr/lib/systemd/systemd --test --system --unit=default.target and it shows that no job for starting libvirtd is created, but not why. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
