ok, --log-level=debug is more interesting

Fixing conflicting jobs xendomains.service/stop,xendomains.service/start by
deleting job xendomains.service/stop
Fixing conflicting jobs libvirtd.service/start,libvirtd.service/stop by
deleting job libvirtd.service/start
Fixing conflicting jobs rng-tools.service/stop,rng-tools.service/start by
deleting job rng-tools.service/stop
Fixing conflicting jobs haveged.service/start,haveged.service/stop by deleting
job haveged.service/start

so I uninstalled xen-tools.... and libvirtd starts again.

Anyway, not being able to have both installed is not what was expected.... and
this package selection worked with openSUSE 13.2
