Just a restart of amarok solves this (so far). Please let me know if there are any steps for debugging. If I use the "Test" button in the configuratrion dialog I see pulseaudio is used, but when I start to play yhe m3u stream, there is no sound no usage of pulseaudio. So it's still there and used. On KDE, you can unintsall pulseaudio and pulseaudio-module-x11 packages. Also alsa-plugins-pulse should be uninstalled.
