lupdate-qt5 ../qTox/qtox.pro Cannot find feature spec_pre.prf

I found that the file is actually on the disc:

rpm -ql libqt5-qtbase-common-devel | grep spec_pre.prf /usr/lib64/qt5/mkspecs/features/spec_pre.prf

I try to build an application that requires qt5 using qt-creator. However, I'm stuck at this point. Do you know what have to be done to fix this issue?
