Not only there but in all radio button groups, e.g. when using the partitioner. Possibly some fancy drawing effect yast uses here that's not supported by the screen. Or maybe some style file is wrong in the live environment. BTW, this light-blue bar breaks the overall style quite a bit, imo. (It's also in sle12-sp3.)
