I get the same problem with zypper dup on two different Tumbleweed machines. I posted the output of "zypper up clementine" here only to avoid a bunch of extraneous output concerning other packages.
By "update your system", are you asking me to do the dup anyway (which will require me remove clementine) and then try installing the version of clementine from your plater repository?
You can try installing libprotobuf3_21_4 first and then removing libprotobuf32 before doing the dup. Unfortunately clementine wasn't installed prior to the zypper dup because I didn't know that was the problem. This is caused by package renaming. Clementine automatically requires the libraries it's built against.
