You can try installing libprotobuf3_21_4 first and then removing libprotobuf32
before doing the dup. Unfortunately clementine wasn't installed prior to the
zypper dup because I didn't know that was the problem.
This is caused by package renaming. Clementine automatically requires the
libraries it's built against. This is bad packaging on the part of renaming
libprotobuf.
