Actually, https://build.opensuse.org/project/repositories/openSUSE:Factory and https://build.opensuse.org/project/repositories/openSUSE:Leap:42.1 do have debuginfo enabled (verified in meta), yet show them all as disabled. OBS bug? Would it help to enable debuginfo for https://build.opensuse.org/package/repositories/Virtualization/qemu?
