strange. https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/openSUSE:Factory/qemu?repository=standard shows it as built+published and I cannot see matching ExportFilter or such in osc meta prjconf openSUSE:Factory if you really need it, you can always get it with osc getbinaries
