I've tried more recent kernels incl. kernel-default-5.14.21-150500.75.1.ged939b6.x86_64 or 6.1.12 but the artifacts persist. All the other apps seem to work fine, only Konsole seems to be affected. Mesa is just too old there. Could you give it a try with a Tumbleweed Live image? If it works it will most likely also work with Leap 15.5.
