So either please setup SSL on your LDAP server or if you want to continue using unencrypted LDAP switch back to nss_ldap/pam_ldap. You can do that from within YaST's ldap-client module. Click "Advanced Configuration" and uncheck the "Use System Sercurity Services Daemon (sssd)" checkbox.
