Likely a recent regression in the upstream. The fix got merged yesterday in the upstream and SLE15-SP2/Leap15.2 branch.
Please check the kernel in OBS Kernel:openSUSE-15.2 repo http://download.opensuse.org/reposiotires/Kernel:/openSUSE-15.2/standard/

My standard repo is http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/15.2/oss/x86_64/ and the default kernel version there is kernel-default-5.3.18-lp152.20.7.1.x86_64.rpm
