Since I installed the "openSUSE-SU-2020:0935-1: important: Security update for the Linux Kernel" yesterday it distorted the sound output of my ThinkPad Dock USB audio. Sounds like slow motion. After switching back to kernel verion 5.3.18-lp152.19.2-x86_64 everything workes again.
