[Bug 1101250] [doc] Missing description of default admin group for remote ids
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1101250 https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1101250#c6 --- Comment #6 from Matthias Gerstner <matthias.gerstner@suse.com> --- Okay, coming back to the actual documentation issue. I understand it is about this page: https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/archive/15.0/security/html/book.... This information is pretty outdated. For example the "One Shot Authentication" was last seen in SLE-11 times. This also affects the "auth_self_keep_session", "auth_self_keep_always", "auth_admin_keep_session" and "auth_admin_keep_always". The list of support applications is also quite outdated and I don't know whether it makes sense to actually list them there in this detail. More up to date information can be found in the openSUSE wiki: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Security_Documentation#The_polkit_Authentic... How to grant members of a special group access is already documented in "Adding Authorization Rules". Since we can't really tell what the original issue was I'd say there is no reason to add anything about "remote users" with regard to polkit. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
