For example the "One Shot Authentication" was last seen in SLE-11 times. This also affects the "auth_self_keep_session", "auth_self_keep_always", "auth_admin_keep_session" and "auth_admin_keep_always". The list of support applications is also quite outdated and I don't know whether it makes sense to actually list them there in this detail. More up to date information can be found in the openSUSE wiki: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Security_Documentation#The_polkit_Authentication_Framework How to grant members of a special group access is already documented in "Adding Authorization Rules". Since we can't really tell what the original issue was I'd say there is no reason to add anything about "remote users" with regard to polkit.
