Use Gnome Desktop environment. 2. Install the proprietary AMD driver (Catalyst) fglrx and reboot. Actual Results: Blank screen if set to gdm, if set to auto login my user you get the "Oh No" screen to logout back to the blank screen. Expected Results: Show the GNOME Desktop Environment. Bug is not related to fglrx driver. It is gdm/Xorg issue.
