[Bug 383552] New: Settings for Hardware Clock not Honored at Boot
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=383552 Summary: Settings for Hardware Clock not Honored at Boot Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Beta 1 Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: harbrink@bluewin.ch QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Beta-Customer The setting in /etc/sysconfig/clock HWCLOCK="--localtime" is not honored at boot-time. Regardless of the setting the system always behaves as if the setting was for the hardware clock running UTC. (I don't think it plays a role here, by the system is running in a virtual box.) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
