Could you check whether the issue is present still in the latest version in OBS multimedia:libs repo?
If this happens only on KDE, a possible cause might be some autostart *.desktop file that is evaluated only on KDE. IIRC, there were two *.desktop files trying to start PA, and they might conflict somehow.
I added multimedia:libs repo but zypper found no updates. Also I searched for *.desktop files and found only one pulseaudio.desktop in /etc/xdg/autostart or there might be another *.desktop somewhere which is not named pulseaudio? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

You're using openSUSE Leap 42.1, right? Then multimedia:libs must have a newer version than that.
Also I searched for *.desktop files and found only one pulseaudio.desktop in /etc/xdg/autostart or there might be another *.desktop somewhere which is not named pulseaudio?
This seems to have been resolved some time ago, at least, the latest version has only one. So, this might be irrelevant. If it's not the case, I have no idea. There must be something specific to KDE. Reassigned to KDE guys. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
