You're using openSUSE Leap 42.1, right?  Then multimedia:libs must have a newer
version than that.

This seems to have been resolved some time ago, at least, the latest version
has only one.  So, this might be irrelevant.

If it's not the case, I have no idea.  There must be something specific to KDE.
