Now I can not start kdesvn via programs menu or *.desktop file, but now error is displayed. Now I must start from konsole (and from terminal it start successfully) – I get no error. (it's called "--windowtitle" in Qt5).
FWIW, I meant "--qwindowtitle" of course, that was a typing error...
An upstream bug, and probably one of the most common mistakes made when porting applications from KDE4 to KF5.
I'll submit a fix to KDE:Extra (and upstream)...
