Right, the .desktop file is wrong. It starts kdesvn with the "-caption" argument to set the window title, but kdesvn has been ported away from KDE4's command line parser and therefore doesn't support the "-caption" parameter (it's called "--windowtitle" in Qt5). An upstream bug, and probably one of the most common mistakes made when porting applications from KDE4 to KF5. I'll submit a fix to KDE:Extra (and upstream)...
