Also it freezes when I try to add a new event to the calendar. No useful output in the terminal or logs. Removing the ~/.thunderbird folder and using a fresh created user did not solve it. But: there are _no_ freezes when I start thunderbird with "LANG=C thunderbird". To me more specific: This problem seem to occur whenever a dialog should pop up. Other examples include: * opening a submenu in the settings (e.g. when clicking on the offline preferences) - Thunderbird will *not* freeze in this case, but the dialogue windows are just empty * selecting "Go" -> "Next" -> "Unread message" (or pressing 'n') when the next message is in a different folder - it works as expected when the next unread message is in the same folder. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
